1-800-GOOG-411 doesn’t make you listen to any advertisements, and it connects you directly to the number for free.
They don’t have any live operators though, which Free-411 does have.
I use GOOG-411 too and have them programmed into my phone. They’re really good.
I also have a prepaid phone which saves a lot of money too!
